Alerts & Notification to technicians in Oracle Field Service
Oracle Field Service has come up with a new functionality of Alerts & Notifications for Technicians.
New functionality for the Alerts & Notification has been added for Field Service. System will send an Email alert/notification on business events on high priority tasks. This note will describe the functionality in details with profile options and basic setup required for this functionality. This functionality provides base for the Mobile Field Service?s Auto Synchronization functionality.
